Scottish Pennanular Brooch inspired by finds dating back to 3000 BC

1CM Wide solid silver bracelet bearing a solid rose gold heart. I make these individually so each one is made just for you. £165.

This couple chose very different wedding rings. She chose to have wide stacking driftwood rings and a rainbow moonstone ring for her wedding 'ring', to wear together or separately depending on mood. He preferred a driftwood one. They were all one-off's made exclusively and uniquely, just for them.

for her... She ordered the D-Shape gold wedding ring. Delivered Feb 2014. A real pleasure to make rings for this lovely Kelso couple.

This was commissioned by the Edinburgh resident in the next picture. She later ordered the earrings and bracelet to match.

This beautiful mermaid was made to commemorate the loss of a grandmother. The symbolism was special and sacred for this customer.... And it was an honour to make. 2014

Lovely couple ordered HIS landscape (from his window) as a wedding ring. Feb 2014

It was a pleasure to make this lovely couple's wedding rings. They came into the workshop and we sat going through various different width's and styles, until they found one they were happy with. It is such a pleasure and honour to make individual rings for a couple's most important day. There are so many styles and widths to choose from. They can be a individual as required or traditional. This is a part of the job, that I love most!

This very lovely couple asked me to design a Standing Stone wedding ring in silver for them. This commission did not only require a high level of silversmithing skill, but also took quite a bit of research, as they wanted several different images of their favourite stones from different British sites. It was an honour to make these rings for them. They took the rings all the way from Scotland, down to The Chalice Well in Gastonbury for a blessing.

Here is Carol and her lovely husband (the local policeman) , a wonderful gentleman who treated his wife to a ring she had long since coveted. She saw the Silver Driftwood ring in the shop and chose to have one in Rose Gold, handmade exclusively for her. Another one-off, which was a pleasure to make

Sarah asked me to make this trio of rings in, 3mm Rose Gold and 5mm Silver, with accenting Rose Gold dots to represent herself, her husband & her three children. Collected July 2012

This trio of rings was required for something new, and old. The centre ring was made utilising an old ring for sentiment. The rose gold and silver rings were added to bring a contemporary and new feel. 2014

... and looking very happy wearing her one-off piece.

The very talented, singer, actor and television presenter, comissioned this striking piece in Silver and Rose Quartz. Having previously commissioned a large Rose Quartz Cross. The cross was hewn from a huge piece of Rose Quartz which came direct from the mine. The rock had to be large enough so that the cross would not fracture when shaped. The shaping was done with the utmost of care, by a one-time Royal appointed stone cutter, eventually being turned into a striking necklace by myself.

This customer collected her one-off commissioned Pennanular Brooch, during The Edinburgh Festival, where I exhibited. After 17 consecutive years of exhibiting and sellling at This World famous festival (showcasing all that was hand crafted in Edinburgh) I now, solely sell through my own Shop, Gallery and Workshop, here in The Borders.

Here is Jaqui wearing her commission, and the next image shows the commission she came to collect. Please click on it to read details of this romantic commission.

Jaqui from Kelso comissioned this silver hammered bangle with twin accenting Rose Gold Hearts to represent herself and her lovely husband Andy. Inside the bracelet it has their initials stamped, near to the hallmark.

Heavy 'dogtag' commissioned in Solid Silver and 9ct Gold as a one -off.

Here's Drew and below you will find a couple of the items he commissioned. He is a pleasure to make for, he knows what he wants and comes in full of ideas. His taste is an eclectic mix of traditional with quite a contemporary twist....Fascinating man.

HEAVY DUTY , AND VERY LARGE MASCULINE ONE-OFF He is a pleasure to make for, he knows what he wants and comes in full of ideas. His taste is an eclectic mix of traditional with quite a contemporary twist....Fascinating man.

Twin rings on a very heavy chain, bearing the couples initials. This was commissioned in early 2013 for an engagement present for her fiance.

Robert commissioned this one-off thick pendant on a heavy chain, after going through designs and ideas sketched for him. After holding up paper templates to see how they would look he opted for this design. I always find it a pleasure to make jewellery for male customers, as I feel that the 'high-street' jewellers under-represent this genre of customer. It has to be a one-off, and it has to be chunky, to suit.
I have also made pieces for tv, for Annette Crosbie in the Scottish drama 'Quite Ugly One Morning'; for celebrities including Toyah Willcox. I have sold Celtic designs to Lisa Marie Presley and Susan Sarandon, a couple of the Bee Gees, during the Edinburgh Fringe festival and Winter Wonderland in Edinburgh....
I have had the pleasure in creating beautiful one-off designs for 'local' folk, from The Borders, Edinburgh, Peebles, Haddington, London, America, Holland, Paris, Spain, Tokyo, The Highlands and Islands, and pretty much, created pieces for people in all four corners of the Globe, for the last Thirty years.
